I am an Ecuadorian chef, and from a very young age I found in cooking a way to express myself. I started with curiosity and a desire to learn, and over time I grew through different areas such as high-end catering, sushi, and hotel kitchens like Sheraton.

Currently, I work in a hotel in Dallas in pastry and bakery, where I continue learning every day, support in training others, and focus on taking care of every detail in my work.

I like to cook with intention, respecting the ingredients and always aiming for each dish to communicate something meaningful. I am also developing my personal brand, sharing my process and passion for cooking.
