I bring Japanese soul and Mexican flavor together to create honest, heartfelt cuisine for every guest.

I am Chef Keisuke Harada, with over 30 years of experience in Japanese cuisine. I began my career in New York at Bond Street and later led Grupo Habita’s hotels in Mexico, including Condesa DF and Boca Chica. Today, I am the Executive Chef of Kakurega Omakase in Puerto Escondido, where I blend Japanese precision with Mexico’s vibrant local ingredients to create refined, memorable dining experiences.
