After graduating with high honors from Le Cordon Bleu ATX, Kelsey began her culinary journey in Austin, Texas, working in restaurants and alongside experienced private chefs. In 2014, she launched Crisp by Kelsey, bringing her passion for bold flavors and fresh ingredients to life through custom, chef-driven experiences. A year later, she relocated her business to Atlanta, Georgia, where she continues to delight clients with comforting, creative dishes that blend traditional roots with a modern twist.
