I have been cooking professionally for nearly 15 years. After graduating with my two-year culinary degree in 2010, I began building my career in kitchens around Tacoma, gaining experience in a wide range of environments from golf clubs and restaurants to large scale banquets serving over 1,000 guests.

Throughout my career I have developed a strong foundation in many cuisines and cooking techniques, allowing me to create thoughtful, well balanced menus for any occasion. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with Chef Kelsie with her amazing food and great service. We were able enjoy company and deliciously prepared dinner and not worry about cooking or cleaning. Chef Kelsie really took the time to look at our preferences and suggested a great menu including completely changing the desert to blow the birthday girl away! Chef Kelsie was late but she communicated that she would be and served the first course minutes after arriving. We would definitely hire Chef Kelsie again! Thank you Chef Kelsie for a wonderful evening!
