I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience creating elegant, restaurant-quality meals and memorable multi-course dining experiences.
I have been cooking professionally for nearly 15 years. After graduating with my two-year culinary degree in 2010, I began building my career in kitchens around Tacoma, gaining experience in a wide range of environments from golf clubs and restaurants to large scale banquets serving over 1,000 guests.
Throughout my career I have developed a strong foundation in many cuisines and cooking techniques, allowing me to create thoughtful, well balanced menus for any occasion. Whether preparing an intimate private dinner or a larger event, I focus on quality ingredients, beautiful presentation, and creating a memorable dining experience for my guests.
