My approach is rooted in connection—connection to ingredients, to place, and to the people I’m cooking for. Living and working in Hawai‘i has deeply influenced my style, allowing me to draw inspiration from the island’s incredible abundance of fresh produce, seafood, and locally grown ingredients.
