I am a professional chef with over thirty years in the industry, starting at a very early age. During my career I have explored all manners of cuisine and am always looking for new styles and methods. I also worked for approximately 25 years as a chef in remote man camps to explore this vast state which afforded me the ability to travel extensively to experience different cuisines at their source of origin. Amongst other culinary practices, I have also spent years as a Pastry Chef and Baker.
