I am a food enthusiast, specializing in Italian cuisine, and I strive to combine tradition and innovation.

I was born and raised in Rome, Italy, and moved to the USA a few months ago. I worked in professional kitchens, at Gambero Rosso in Rome with Chef Luca Ogliotti and at Viva in Bracciano with Chef Alberto Filippi. I know and appreciate tradition, but I enjoy experimenting with different culinary influences.
