I'm excited about food and combinations of taste, allow me to bring that same excitement to your table and tastebuds.
I have been cooking ever since I was able to hold a utensil in my hand. I attended community college for culinary school before moving on to Komodo Dallas. I've worked airplane lounges, and more everyday consumer friendly restaurants. My time in kitchens has come to an end, due to one of my fellow chefs having an injury that led to me becoming an EMT. However, I continue to play and construct my food ideals every day in my own home. I'll never lose my love for creating and sharing food.
