New York City trained, Rhode Island raised. I strive to use the finest local ingredients to give you best possible meal!

I am a professional chef with over 14 years experience - starting in NYC under the tutelage of Michelin-starred chef, Saul Bolton, I eventually made my way back to RI where I was the Sous Chef at French fine dining restaurant Garde de la Mer under chef Robert Sisca. I started cooking for clients in their homes because I’ve always enjoyed seeing folks enjoy my food, as opposed to being a cog in the kitchen machine…
