I am a professional with 24 years of practical experience. Was the executive chef of a restaurant on Cape cod for 4 years that specialized in farm/ocean to table cuisine. In my free time I staged at restaurants such as clio, #9 park, uni, toro, moto and ing respectively for the past few years I also worked both sweet and savory lines at sweet basil in Vail Colorado.
