I am a classically trained chef who began my culinary journey in Boulder, Colorado, where I graduated from culinary school and worked in several respected local restaurants. My career also includes serving as a competition leading chef in the U.S. Army, an experience that sharpened my discipline, creativity, and ability to perform under pressure. Today, I bring that same level of precision and passion into creating personalized dining experiences for my clients.
