He was incredible! The dish presentation and the food taste itself were phenomenal! He was professional and timely. He cleaned off all the dishes and the kitchen, and left it better than he found it! I would highly recommend!

Chef Mikael was great! The food was delicious and he was very accommodating and responsive. I booked him for a bachelorette party I planned and he was very laid back, which is the mood we were hoping for. Unfortunately, our oven at the air b&b began having some issues the day of the event. He was very understanding and calm when I informed him and still managed to curate a perfect meal. We had South of the Border cuisine and was delicious and authentic. I highly recommend him!

Due to Covid-19 we were looking to create the experience of dining at a fine restaurant at our home to celebrate a special occasion. Chef Michael did not disappoint! He did a lovely job of preparing and serving beautiful and delicious food. He was personable and friendly and our evening was delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend it without reservation. The experience was even better than expected!
