We all love the classics, I love to give you your moms recipe with a side of something you didn’t even know was missing.
I'm a culinary student currently studying business, with six months of experience in both areas. I have hands-on experience in high-volume kitchen environments from working in dining halls as a prep cook and food service worker. My most recent position was as an Assistant Chef at the North Avenue Dining Hall, where I helped coordinate menus and support kitchen operations. In addition, I own and operate a catering business specializing in multicultural cuisine, as well as handmade and custom-designed desserts.
