Over 8 years of experience in restaurants, catering, and private chef work. I'm an Institute of Culinary Education graduate, grateful for the opportunity to work in many NYC kitchens from Murray's Cheese (prior to its relocation) to Chef Jean George's Tin Building, the catering department for The MET (Metropolitan Museum of Art) and other exciting opportunities. Experienced in many cuisines, from French to American Southern, with a genuine love for different spices and flavor profiles.
