Being able to see the smile on a person's face after eating a dish that I cooked is what cooking is all about.
I am a Charlotte native that moved here about three years ago to get a fresh start. I have been in the restaurant industry for over seven years. I have worked in many different places after going to culinary school to gain experience and to learn the industry. After working in restaurants for a while, I started my own catering business that lasted for about a year until I moved here. I love to cook and serve others and just be a blessing.
