I’m Chef Nicolás Chamorro, a New York–based chef originally from Bogotá, Colombia, with over a decade of international culinary experience.
I trained in fine-dining kitchens including Michelin-starred Jean-Georges and Per Se in New York, and I previously co-owned a successful Peruvian-Italian fusion restaurant in Bogotá. My cooking focuses on high-quality ingredients, refined technique, and elegant presentation, with strengths in Italian, French, Asian, and Colombian cuisines. I’m passionate about creating elevated, thoughtful meals—always with professionalism, care, and attention to my clients’ needs.
