Italian Restaurant in Dubai. I specialize in managing high-volume operations, seasonal menu development ,and team leadership in both union and fine dining environments. Currently, I'm a Sous Chef at all the outlets in the Marriott Hotel, where I rotate through all stations—from breakfast to overnight—supporting and expediting VIP services at the Toro Toro Steakhouse and training seasonal staff.
