With over 23 years of professional culinary and pastry experience and an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management, I offer a private dining experience that is deeply rooted in the belief that "the flavor starts in the soil." > As the founder of Vegan Chef’s Garden Co. and a certified Garden Coach, I specialize in elevated, plant-based cuisine that highlights the journey from seed to plate. My menus are inspired by my background as a professional chef and my current literary projects, including my garden portfolio, Flavor In The Soil, and my upcoming memoir, Concrete & Callaloo.
