Hello, I'm Paul. I am a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. I possess 27 years of culinary experience, including four years as a self-employed private chef.
This summer, I was a sous chef on a cruise ship, feeding 50-80 passengers three meals a day, seven days a week, for four months in Alaska. In 2024, I spent one month as the sole chef on a 90 ft. schooner, providing three meals a day, seven days a week, for 35 passengers in Maine. This is in addition to over two decades of experience in fine dining restaurant kitchens.
I am looking for a seasonal chef position. I am available from January 25th through May, possibly longer.
