I have been cooking for over 40 years, I Am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York . I've had a five-year Italian apprenticeship, 6 months Swiss baking apprenticeship, Attended a chocolate class in Chicago under a Master Chocolate Chef, spent two years in the South Pacific very versed on fish and vegetarian cuisine. I have worked for The Walt Disney Company for 25 years Citricos, California Grill, Narccoossee's Golden Oak , Received the Dirona Award for fine dinning

Would love to do pop-up dinners and culinary demos in home celebrations.
