I am a dedicated chef who’s mission is to make plant-based cuisine accessible, convenient, and delicious.

I am a professional chef with over ten years of experience. I attended The Natural Gourmet Institute of Health and Culinary Arts in Manhattan, New York. I specialize in vegan and vegetarian diets, as I started my career in NYC as chef de cuisine at Pure Food and Wine, a successful raw vegan fine dining restaurant in NYC. I work with all specialty diets and have a passion for making healthy beautiful food.
