I’m a chef with 18 years in the culinary world, working in very successful kitchens from fine dining to gastropubs; leading most of the kitchens with emphasis of passion and techniques and inspiring work ethic. Alongside of doing my greatest passion, teaching cooking classes on days off. I am also one of the founders of MKE chef collaboration dinner. Based on this experience I wanna work with our guests in a more personal way, teaching and passing on the secrets of the kitchen. From cooking techniques to meal planning, to events and party food.
