Hello my name is Remy. I am a Haitian American, Professional Chef, that has approximately 10 years of experience in the culinary world. Originally from New York, I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu here in Atlanta, where I was top of my class and was trained with classical French techniques. I have worked along side, gained knowledge, and continue to be mentored by many well-renowned chefs. My cuisine style is very eclectic and I am willing to learn more to make sure the services of a customer is met.
