Professional and knowledgeable chef with wine and beverage experience. Has experience creating menus and processes for kitchens and warehouses, to create high efficiency, consistency, labor hour control, and interest in the product.

With eleven years of experience in the hospitality industry I am highly experienced and knowledgeable. After graduating Le Cordon Bleu College of culinary arts, I worked my way through the ranks of the BOH and FOH. Within the last year I received my Introductory Sommelier certification. With my experience and reputation, I have had opportunities to do consulting work with other restaurants in my area.
