The Vegan Vixen is a culinary creator dedicated to elevating plant-based cuisine with beauty, intention, and bold flavor.

Today, I work as a vegan and vegetarian chef and culinary educator, offering food that is intentional, nourishing, and deeply flavorful. My work bridges science, culture, and tradition, helping others understand the benefits of plant-based living—from improved health and energy to ethical and environmental stewardship—without sacrificing pleasure or elegance at the table.

Through my culinary offerings, education, and storytelling, I aim to inspire a more thoughtful way of eating—one that honors our bodies, the planet, and the rich cultural histories carried through food.
