Chef Roy Sell

Energetic and passionate chef with over 25 years of experience handling every part of a meal from growing produce and raising livestock to presenting a wonderful dish. I have extensive knowledge in working with clients that have severe allergies/ dietary restrictions and am able to seamlessly tailor their experience to be extraordinary. I’m able to take on many tasks at once, making sure that every element of the meal arrives on time. I pride myself on my ability to curate unique experiences for a diverse group of clientele, allowing them to explore many of the wonderful flavors in the culinary world.

I have a recurring event every few years as a private chef preparing three meals a day for an intensive, month long workshop featuring industry leaders from health and wellness who travel in from all over the world. This high expectation group requests dietary adjustments such as non-dairy, gluten-free, vegan, and ayurvedic; we've worked well together and they are a 10+ year recurring client and source of many personal friendships.

I live on a small, regenerative family farm.
