A hospitality and community driven chef whose love for locality, seasonality, and sustainability inspires every dish.
I have over 15 years of experience as executive chef, chef de cuisine, and consulting chef with experience in restaurants in Austin and New York City, from casual to fine dining. I have led businesses from start up to operational, and led the rebranding of multiple successful culinary projects and ventures including Nitehawk in Brooklyn and Little Darlin’ in Austin. Currently, I am one of the owners and operators of High Road DelicaTexan in Austin, TX as well as the executive chef.
