Experienced sushi chef from Austin, trained under legend sushi chefs. My education comes from being "on the ground" as they say.
I am a professional chef who cares about dishes and fulfilling taste buds.
I spent years earning my education at James Beard Award Winning restaurant, UCHI, in Austin, TX. Beforehand, my specialization was in French and Italian food. I'm still young and eager to continue learning the many beautiful dishes that exist in the world. I enjoy home cooking and presenting food in a beautiful style. I'm comfortable with meal prep as well.
