Chef Sebastian created a beautiful 5 course meal for us in our vacation rental. We were able to communicate with him ahead of time to customize the courses, all of which were perfectly made and presented. All courses were great, with the sweet potato croquettes, pork belly tinono, and lilokoi desert being favorites. We’d highly recommend!
