Classically trained, and inspired by global cuisine, Chef Stefano is dedicated to showcasing Vermont's bounty of Farms and Artisans.
I've been cooking professionally since 1998.
Alumni of New England Culinary Institute, I have my BA in Culinary Arts. Majored in Sustainability, and minored in International Cuisine.
My passion is global cuisine, using local ingredients. I am friends with many Farmers and Artisans in the region.
I own a successful Italian Restaurant, and a Farm to Table Deli, both located in central Vermont.
