My passion for cooking began in childhood, inspired by family gatherings where food created connection and lasting memories. That foundation has shaped a career defined by refined technique, thoughtful leadership, and elevated culinary experiences.
I am a Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef, graduating with high honors in 2012, and the founder of The Fusion Chef, established in 2013. Through this brand, I have delivered bespoke personal chef services and premium meal programs for discerning clients who value quality, convenience, and exceptional flavor. I have also owned and operated two restaurants, overseeing all aspects of culinary and business operations.
In addition, I have provided culinary direction and catering services for major motion picture and television productions, including Anchorman 2, STAR, Dynasty, and The Resident, as well as high-profile private events such as weddings, corporate functions, and exclusive celebrations.
Beyond execution, I am deeply committed to mentorship and culinary education, sharing my expertise with both adults and children through engaging, wellness-focused instruction that elevates everyday cooking into an art form.
