My name is Chef Tim I have over 2 decades of experience in the Chef world.From corporate cooking,executive dining,weddings,personal chef and I also bake as well.Pretty much a one stop shop and I love it.I specialize in American cusine,southern cooking,Latin cooking etc.I make my own salad dressings,meal prep cheesecake, cakes,pies all from scratch.
