French-born and now rooted in the gorge, I celebrate nature’s abundance through seasonal cooking, foraging, and music.
I’m a 35-year-old French-born chef with over 17 years of culinary experience. My passion for cooking began in my father’s kitchen in France and later took me to Australia, where I studied at the Perth Culinary School and worked as a full-time chef for eight years. During that time, I gained diverse experience across cafés, restaurants, catering, and even ran my own pop-up Mexican restaurant.
Now based in the gorge, I focus on wedding catering and private dining experiences during the off-season. I’m passionate about sourcing local, organic, and seasonal ingredients to create fresh, vibrant dishes. My cooking style is flexible and inspired by the seasons—rooted in French technique but influenced by global flavors.
