I have been working for 12 years at villas and luxury resorts, hotels, apartments etc. I'm am a pastry chef with years of experience as a chef as well, who specializes in Greek cuisine, both traditional and new age.

It was a wonderful experience! Spiros and his assistant were professional, food delicious. It was better than in a restaurant. I’m very happy. Highly recommend.

Chef Spyros was amazing. Accomodating, flexible, and absolutely communicative. He followed up when needed and gently reminded me when I still owed him answers. We were able to customize both our dinner and breakfast menus; and we were extremely pleased with the quality of the food. It was one of our most enjoyable events of the trip. Highly recommend!

Chef Spiros prepared a delicious 4-course Greek meal for my family of 4 in our apartment, including a homemade baklava. He communicated clearly and promptly in advance, and arrived exactly on time. He and his wife timed the meal well, ensuring we were finished with each course before presenting the next. All kitchen items and counters/stove were cleaned and they even took away all the trash. I'd highly recommend Chef Spiros!

Top notch chef’s and amazing food and impacable service!

Spiros did everything we asked and worked with us to serve the food that we wanted to try - lots of fish and lots of traditional Greek dishes. He and Mariana were engaging and fun to work with at each meal. It was fantastic.

Take a chef and Spiros were absolutely, absolutely amazing! fantastically nice chef and absolutely wonderful food. He made an evening for us that we will never forget!
