I am a French-trained chef with more than thirteen years of experience in classical gastronomy, Mediterranean cuisine, and refined home dining. My journey in the culinary world is unique and deeply personal. Born deaf, I learned to understand food through the senses that guided me most strongly: touch, sight, smell, flavour, rhythm, and intuition. Cooking became my language — a way to communicate, to feel, and to create meaning in a world that had its own challenges.
I began my training in France, where I learned discipline, technique, precision, and the foundation of haute cuisine. Over the years I developed a style that is honest, expressive, and guided by emotion. My cuisine brings together the soul of French cooking with the freshness and warmth of Mediterranean ingredients, creating plates that are balanced, elegant, and alive with flavour.
My sensory approach shapes every dish I create. I believe food should tell a story — not only through taste, but through texture, colour, aroma, and the atmosphere shared at the table.
