Passionate about cooking and putting my representation on a plate through flavour.

I am a passionate and inventive private chef known for my unique cooking style that brings homemade dishes and twists on classics to life. With an emphasis on flavor and versatility, I aim to offer a wide range of culinary delights, from authentic global cuisines to street food specialties, infused with a personal touch. Having successfully run my own restaurant for four years and trained at a local culinary school with high distinctions, I am very proud of recieving a Silver award as Kent Chef of the Year 2024. Favorite creations include Cuban and tapas-inspired street food such as smoked meatballs with Ndjua sauce and Romanesco scallops. I has had the honor of cooking for notable individuals, including Simon Cowell and his family, politicians, and the esteemed Chef Roux. My commitment to creating a memorable dining experience ensures that every event is truly unforgettable.
