A 20 year restaurant and catering vet of the industry, focused on flavor fun and anything that’s important to you. Please keep in mind party size.
I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the industry; I went to the culinary Institute of America in New York. I also went to New England culinary in Vermont. I have worked at some of the best and worst restaurants in Boston, and I have been the chef of two restaurants in Durham, I had a child and took a break from the culinary world. However, I am looking to make my mark as a private chef, a function, chef, and or catering. Let me help you have the best meal you can have during your special event. I am familiar with almost all types of cuisine. I am also willing to teach you if you have any questions or are looking to learn how to make some thing. Please keep in mind I am best suited to party’s no larger than 6-10 at most. Unless stated it can be served family style.
