Born in Canton, Mississippi, and now rooted in Little Rock, Arkansas, Chef Amiracle Ross is a self-taught culinary powerhouse with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the food industry. Though not classically trained in a culinary school, Amiracle’s education came from the most trusted and time-honored place: the soul of a Southern kitchen, passed down through generations. Her gift in the kitchen is both divinely inspired and deeply personal, refined through years of dedication, research, and the unrelenting drive to master her craft.

Chef Amiracle honed her skills by working in high-volume catering operations, private dining experiences, and community kitchens where every plate served had purpose and passion behind it. In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, she has served at various events, including nonprofit banquets, weddings, and corporate functions, building a reputation for consistency, creativity, and soulful elegance.

She is the proud founder of Amiracle’s Soul Kitchen, a catering and private dining business that infuses Southern soul food with gourmet finesse. Her signature dishes—like her famous Cajun Alfredo and Sweet Tea Brined Roasted Chicken—blend bold flavor with comfort and class.
