I am a professional chef and food lover. I went to Culinary School in Mexico and decided to use my degree to travel the world, after all, restaurants and food are everywhere. I immediately found myself in fine dining kitchens, from a top US 100 restaurant in Maine, to a French restaurant in a cruise ship, to farm to table Italian in Philly; flavor and flawless execution was always the norm.
I finally decided to open my own Mexican micro bakery and breakfast in the city, with continuous appearances in farmers markets and local spots.
