Get to know me better

I provide private chef, catering, and education services rooted in Indigenous cuisine, culture, and values.

I am a professional chef of 20+ years. After graduating from the flagship Culinary Institute of America with my associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and my bachelor's degree in management, I spent the next ten years cooking in a wide range of kitchens across the USA.

Upon meeting some of the matriarchs of Oneida Nation in Wisconsin, I started my journey of reconnecting and learning Indigenous culture through foodways. Now I have the complete honor of carrying and sharing knowledge in my career as a chef and educator.

Every ingredient, recipe, and completed dish tells a story of culture. I would be honored if you trusted me to share some of my stories with you.

A cooking secret...

Indigenous values. Respect the ingredients that once had life so that others may eat to sustain their own lives. There's poetry in that respect.
