Passionate about food and art, love to cook for people.

I am a professional chef with 15 years of culinary experience, having worked in restaurants in New York City and Los Angeles, where I developed a broad and versatile culinary foundation. Over the years, I have gained extensive knowledge across a wide range of cuisines, from Mediterranean to Japanese and Polynesian cooking.

I have a deep love for creating food and constantly exploring new and exciting dishes, always driven by curiosity and creativity. I take pride in bold flavors, solid technique, and cooking that is both fun and well executed.

And yes, I’ve probably fried more chicken than anyone I know — a small detail that reflects my hands-on experience, passion, and dedication to the craft.
