I love Autumn!! It is my absolute favorite season to cook within. Warm baking spices, stews, squashes, and hearty pasta dishes on chilly fall evenings fill candle lit tables with the most beautiful foliage and bonfire smoke drifting through the air. Excited to create these experiences for all the wonderful leaf peepers and beginning of winter guests heading upstate October-December!
