A New Orleans native with 10 years of culinary experience, blending culture, science, and passion to create flavorful, healthy, and customized dishes.

Growing up in the kitchen, I worked alongside my father in his restaurants and lounges, preparing traditional dishes for large gatherings, holidays, and celebrations. The rich cultural foundation in New Orleans paired with my mothers filipino roots fueled my lifelong passion for food. After moving to Nashville, I refined my craft, gaining invaluable professional experience working with Michelin-star chefs like Nello Turco and Tony Montuano. Under their mentorship, I honed expertise in regional Italian cuisine and modern cooking techniques, blending tradition with innovation. With a diverse culinary background, I always bring unique, flavorful perspective to every dish catered to the table.
