Passionate artist, chef, and mixologist always creating, sharing, and learning her knowledge about cuisine.


My name is Avery and I am an artist, mixologist and chef based out of Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Oahu, Hawaii.

Cooking has been a passion for most of my life.

With my training at The Plant Lab, as well as on the job training as an assistant private sous chef, I have spent most of my life teaching myself. Being 8 years old cracking open a dusty cookbook took me places!

I am very comfortable with traditional feel good foods, casual to fine dining.

I love working with vegetables. I like keeping this fresh. It’s fun to use plants in place of meat.

I like deep frying things sometimes. Bacon is acceptable wrapped around a lot of things.

You have to have some balance in life, ya know!

My favorite dishes to cook are ones with bold flavors that I can mix together like I do with my paint pallet. I look a lot of Thai, Italian, new American, and Mediterranean food and have a strong knowledge of gluten free, vegan, paleo, and keto cooking.

I love to create menus with clients, whether we collaborate on one or I’m handed the reins, I love sharing my love of fine cuisine and creative skills in the kitchen with others.
