Parents owned restaurants growing up

Went to school at Le cordon bleu Chicago

Worked in Chicago under Stephanie Izard (girl and the goat) and Giuseppe Tentori (GT fish & oyster) at boka restaurant group

Won national awards for cooking while in Dubuque, IA - was chef de cuisine at a farm to table spot and helped become a James beard nominated restaurant.

Moved to tucson in 2021

Couldn’t find any restaurants that I felt were up to my standard

Started The Culinary Cooperative in 2023

Am a preferred vendor for United Way and UofA

Was nominated best private chef in Best of Tucson

Own a ranch, breed show dogs, have 11 chickens, 22 dogs, 2 goats

I like to garden, read, play guitar, and annoy my wife.
