I am a professional Chef and Pastry Chef who has been in the industry for about 12 years now, with my studies starting in 2012. I have primarily worked in fine dining- ranging from small wineries to large country clubs. I have cooked in chateaus for private dinners, executed wedding menus and cakes, catered to business lunches/dinners, and so much more. I am skilled in various types of cuisine and pastry, but heavy in American, French, Italian, and Indian.

With my wide range of expertise I promise to construct a meal you will not forget.
