I have been a professional chef for 7 years now, working in Houston, TX. I have worked at restaurants such as Amrina, Bludorn, Avanti, Bloofin, and Uchi. In almost all of my free time I study my craft and learn as much as possible to be able to put perfection on a plate. Every dish I create has a story connected and emotion behind it that translates into the experience for my guests.
