Chef Carlia Helm an international private chef and culinary creative who has cooked for over 85 world-renowned artists and tours since 2022, spanning genres from R&B and country to rock and pop. As the visionary behind International Palate, merging global cuisine with artistry and rhythm—bringing the backstage dining experience to a level worthy of the spotlight. My journey has taken me from training in France to cooking for global icons across stages, tours, and private retreats. Through my brand, International Palate, I’ve fed legends like Lil Nas X, Kehlani, Daniel Caesar, Travis Tritt, The Black Crowes, Black October, Demi Lavato, Angela Aguilar and Don Toliver to name a few. Each experience adding a new rhythm to my craft. I’ve also had the pleasure of cooking at one of Americas most prestigious events Augusta Masters Golf tournament 2025. Whether cooking in Mexico, Jamaica, or my hometown of Houston, I approach every dish as a passport stamp, a blend of culture, emotion, and artistry.
