Greetings! I'm Chef Solomon, a professional Indian chef with 24 years of experience cooking Indian & continental cuisines in 5-star hotels and restaurants. I grew up in South India, where I first learned to cook alongside my mother using fresh vegetables from our garden and homemade spice blends.
My cooking is authentic and homestyle — balanced, clean, and full of flavor. I prepare small-batch vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes with freshly ground masalas, traditional recipes, and a focus on nourishing meals.
Over the years I’ve worked as a Head Chef in India restaurants, developing my signature dishes and also as a consultant, helping Indian restaurants grow into thriving businesses. Now, through private dining, I share my passion for Indian food directly with guests, creating meals that are tasty, satisfying, and true to my Indian lineage and tradition.
