Swiss-American specializing in raclette, fondue, & simple, classic hospitality rooted in the Swiss tradition of gathering around warm, melted cheese.
As a lifetime cheese lover, I am honored to share my love for Raclette and Fondue with others. One of my favorite things about both of these dishes are their ability to bring people together for a unique communal experience.
Whether I’m serving from a charming pop-up chalet hut, hosting a fireside winter experience, or bringing a half-wheel of raclette to your home or rental, I focus on warmth, connection, and beautifully simple food. I enjoy discussing Alpine food traditions, seasonal customs, and regional specialties.
I’ve lived in Switzerland and across the U.S., and I blend those influences into every event — a little Alpine coziness, a little Southern welcome, and a whole lot of melted cheese.
